Default Wet behind the ears noob, here.

Hello. Reckoned I should introduce myself. Will try to be brief, but it's not my strong point.

    - female, late 20's
    - graduate student in Montreal, Canada
    - dog lover
    - avid reader
    - hater of winter
    - ENTJ
    - in a serious relationship with an 'F' man (I assume, he hasn't taken a test) but not married
    - dual British/Canadian citizen
    - can be surprisingly sentimental at times

I can't even remember how I found this forum - growing up, my father had all the Myers Briggs books and was very interested in personality typing (and related topics), so I have taken the test a number of times and have always come up ENTJ. I guess I'm just here out of curiosity. Or, I'm here to takeover and make you all my minions...

    (that was a joke!)

Anyway, happy to be here and looking forward to getting to know y'alls.

There can’t be any large-scale revolution until there’s a personal revolution, on an individual level. It’s got to happen inside first.

For an NT, you have a surprisingly obvious logical fallacy there!

They don't say "y'alls" in Canada! Where are you really from?

I know. I got accepted into the program at my university first, and moved here (and discovered winter) second.

I'm Canadian - my friends and I started using Southern US-isms on each other a few years ago, as a joke. "Y'all" stuck for some reason - it's a great word, and an expression that never fails to make me laugh is: "f*** all y'alls" before flouncing out of a room.

THANK YOU for the warm welcome everyone!!!
