    Default wandered on in...

    Hi, I'm a walking tourist.
I like to read, write, draw, paint, and take long, long walks (up to about 15 miles or so). I also sing in various choral groups or in the shower or with the cats.
I got interested in MBTI and personality types as a way to help me understand why other people acted in a way that was kind of annoying to me. This has actually worked and, for the most part, I have learned how to accept other personality types for who they are, without finding them too incredibly irritating.
I look forward to meeting all of you. I believe that I know some of you already.

Hi Welcome aboard. Me thinks your long long walks would wear me out. Would 5 miles do?

Yes, I've found this to be the case as well. Despite all its flaws, maybe MBTI isn't worthless.

Five miles is a good walk and you can see a lot of scenery and get good exercise, too.

If understanding of other personality types can help reduce pointless conflict, it is a good thing.
    Of course, it's not perfect.
    Thank you for the welcome!
