    Accurate but not precise. In regards to seeing the potential in other people - YES, OMG. If I comment on it people think I'm complimenting them but I don't feel as though I'm complimenting them, in my mind I'm just stating facts. I've always been fascinated by people, too, I ask a lot of questions about someone just to dig into what I consider is their real self. I don't have a one-size-fits-all model since I'm very conscious of individuality.

    I am very choosey with my friendships despite being friendly and approachable. I give few people the privilege (pfft) of getting into my inner circle.

    I do have to know the whys and I get irritated when people become defensive but I draw back and retry in different, less abrasive (?) ways.

    As for criticism, it's dependant on who you are. I can tolerate criticism from friends and family but not so much from employers and in that case I would like them to be more conscious but I'm reasonable and understand that's not their dilemma.
