I love the INTJ communication style for the most part. I like efficient and relevant communication in the workplace. In regular day-to-day interaction I like the knowledge that I can know what kind of reaction to expect, that it will usually be calm, rational and easily understood, but I'm also an Ni dominant, so that may be the main ingredient.
I have never had an issue with a real life INTJ and most of the ones I've talked to on this forum are very reasonable and easy to build a rapport with.
ENTJs in real life...hahaha...that's a little different story!
