Just happened to do a search on APS to see if there's anything new going on, and sure enough, this guy has put out videos. One introduction, and one for each of the temperaments.
(Note, this is a Christian ministry, and I see from other other videos he's very "charismatic", talking about stuff like "deliverance" and "demonic torment" that even I think is a bit "hyped". Still, for those who like to hear and see rather than read a lot of text, now you can hear the temperament system discussed, with some illustrations).

That is a very interesting video. Here is my issue with this and other types of similar systems.
1. Temperament is really not different than personality. He just doesn't know what he is talking about there.
2. Temperament/personality is not indicative of strengths. The idea that I can decide what someone's spiritual gifts are from a personality test seems like an abuse of the system to me.
3. It seems like there is an oversimplification and overinterpretation of the results of a personality testing instrument

If this video is indicative of what Christian counselors do, it is a bit scary to me. It doesn't seem like there is a fundamental understanding of the information and how it can or should be ethically applied. It feels like those popular MBTI books in the 90s.

I agree personality, at least regarding how we use it as “type”, is the same as temperament. My whole point is that the types are temperament blends (Inclusion + Control).

They're very meticulous with terms, and by “personality”, he probably means “learned behavior” and personality “masks”, which they point out are not inborn. (Maybe they assume that's what “type” is. They don't really mention type).

“Strengths” and “weaknesses” refer to changeable behaviors different temperaments may be prone to, and pretty much match in the corresponding types.
