Default An ESTP broke off all contact with me. That type doesn't change their minds, right?

I already know the answer but sometimes I wonder if there is a slim chance to keep in touch. ESTPs aren't like that though, right?

And it was a complete door slam too - like an INFJ door slam.

Awe that sucks. I hope it's okay now. I feel ya. My XSTP ex door slammed me too. Why do they do that? We got along amazingly well until he shut me out.

Thanks. This person wasn't an ex. It's seems like a permanent door slam. I was just curious if they tend to experience more flexibility with the door slam since they're really P, but I think this case has no flexibility.

I was not aware it was something an ESTP would do.

Oh, any sane person would have done it. I shouldn't have even started the thread. Honestly, I would be too embarrassed to keep in touch after how I behaved anyway. I had some traits come out that I didn't even know existed and it was during the time we interacted. I didn't even know I had them before so I had no techniques for it or anything.

Aside from the specific reason for my experience, I am not too surprised if ESTPs in general can do that because they have the INFJ shadow and INFJs do the door slam.

I'm sure all NF's doorslam when ideals aren't being met (example: negligence). Other types would doorslam out of disrespect and other various reasons.

Then I don't think this has much to do with MBTI, to be honest.

Yes, the initial door slam does not. I just had a fleeting moment of thinking maybe a P wouldn't be so definite and final, but no......
