Can you show some examples of artwork that you like?

Do you think the concept of “love at first sight” is possible to experience?

What’s your favorite kind of juice?

Of course it's going to be you.

That's a difficult question. I actually had to look up type descriptions and make a list of pros and cons for every type. However, the INTP description suited me significantly worse than all others (29%, followed by ISTJ with 46%). So INTP would be it.
Very interesting, as I would also say ESFP is the least similar type to me (I'm a disguised INTP).

I have a theory that the least similar type to any given mbti should be the one with opposite first 3 letters, with the J/P part being the same.

I disagree. Having the same functions but in opposite order would give us radically different motivations I would think and greatly alter how we use them. Surely also you're more similar to INTJs than to ISFJs, even though ISFJs have closer functions. I believe that's because the INTJs have preferences for similar styles of mind, even if what they extravert or introvert is different. The intuition and thinking along with keeping a primary focus on introversion would be the same.

ESFJs I see as more different from myself than ESFPs. That's because the SPs are more into objective analysis and can craft innovative solutions to many contexts, whereas the SJs tend to do what's accepted by the precedents and established by external standards. Clearly the former is more NT than the latter.

Don't take what I said too seriously, but I thought it would be cool to create a counter-argument against your theory on who's most opposite.

Oh god, there is so much I like, I can't just pick something I like the most. However, if I have to say what makes the things I like decorating with or my taste in general 'different' from what the average person I know likes, the biggest difference would be that my taste is bold and relatively childish.

Do you think the concept of “love at first sight” is possible to experience?
Used to think so, but no. A crush on first sight, that could be, but not love. I need bonding for that, bonding needs time.

What’s your favorite kind of juice?
    Peach.

I don't know if I can back that one up. I can usually find common ground with ENTP's, who would be opposite from me on the first three letters, but similar on Perceiver/Judging preference. I can usually joke around well with ENTP banter, and their extroverted energy can make them a bit "action" oriented in a sense, and we're capable of running in the same pack.

It's the INTP's who I probably find most perplexing.
