    I'm notorious for slamming doors (at home or with my cars). I hope I never get my fingers caught one day.

    i always work my heavy bag when i am angry stressed...
    physical things are good for me...
    i like swimming laps, playing basketball, playing pool/billiards, playing poker...
    lately i love cooking to release myself, it is real blissful.

    i naturally tend to pace when i am stressed;
    it is very good for releasing raw physical energy,
    but very bad because it lets your mind run-away to wild and destructive places...

    i tend to want to get away from people when i am stressed...

    i really like this;

Deep breaths, journals, meditation, and nature, baths, stretching, light exercise, reading, and naps. If it's stress related to school, because of the long hours of sitting at a desk and hurting my back without socialization, I call friends, go out, drink, work out, go hiking, get to the beach, whatever. Working out seems to be okay across the board.

    Bad coping habits for me are excessive drinking, excessive coffee, going online too much, not eating, nail biting, partying too much, smoking, talking on the phone too long, spending too much money. These things seem to temporarily fix things but make things worse in the long run!

    This week I've already used my crock pot, baked brownies, a coffee cake... Today I want to make a carrot cake. The problem is I live alone and I cant EAT everything. Infact I don't even really like cake but on rare occasion. Lol I don't know what to do with all my excess baked goods. Any ideas?

    Anyways. How do you cope?
    Well if that's you in the avatar, pregnancy increases appetite. You're eating for two now! Watch the sweets, or she'll become a sweet tooth.

    Lol yeah. I just do it cause I miss my husband and its an easy task that keeps me focused. I'm eating 300 extra calories a day, I have gained 17lbs so far and I only have 2 months left. So I'm doing pretty good I'd say, all baby!!!
