Hehe, it would be to Js yes
As a fellow P, I work the same way though. It's nothing to worry about. If we like you, and you're consistent (as a J) in the traits we like about you...we'll be back, don't worry

Agreed 100%. But I don't like the title of the thread. I think we should change it to "How to get an ISTP to keep you."
I have an inner monologue that sounds strikingly similar to something off Animal Planet.

You jane, me tarzan I will let you build your house in my jungle

I will initiate contact if you really mean something to me, but it has to be for a reason. Always let me find that reason and I will never lose touch.

I will only be put on a leash by my choice so the topic really doesnt bother me. Look at Amars response. I never felt a leash growing up, it doesnt mean it was not present.

Hence the very very loose, possibly elastic leash

    LOL..yeah..you are ISTP
It's just that to me, I enjoy people coming to me coz I enjoy my space, but don't mind them tapping on my shoulder if something's on their mind or they just want some fun. I'll keep from initiating convo's though if I can help it, coz I don't wanna be pushy and force people into a convo out of politeness (I know, I know).

So...I'm kinda wondering how that works with you guys, I guess. Ime, ISTPs tend to leave a convo very abruptly and..when intrigued enough, seem not to have a problem initiating one either.
