    You are VERY welcome!

In 42 minutes I will be more of a geezer than ever before...
I will be 36 years old.

So, if I can't catch up to you all because I'm learning to use my walker and keep my dentures in my mouth, you know why. :steam:

It's been real, peace, love, and craziness to all my TypC peeps!

Happy Birthday! I'd get you a card, but I don't think they make any for people over 35. I don't think they expect people to make it that long or something...

Hah! Thanks "DAWG", you can send whatever card you want, my brain is mush at this point, I'm basically decomposing as I type this, but I still have a pulse.

Happy Birthday and have a wonderful day. I know you know how to celebrate it in appropriate fashion.

P.S. have purchased ankle and wrist weights.

It's great advice he gave you. You can do household chores and still get somewhat of a workout.

I use wrist and ankle weights regularly. I hate data entry, but as long as I'm sitting here for work, I may as well get some health benefits. And everything seems so light and easy after wearing them for 3 or 4 hours.

    Thank you, PeaceBaby!
