You are not a robot, phoenity. Somewhere inside of you, there are feelings, too.

I find myself thinking about the memories and events that happen to me so i can word them carefully to people later. I think about how i look from every angle as if i were being watched by someone else. The whole world is a stage and i'm the star, no doubt. Other than outward expression (what i wear, how i look, what i say 50%), my thoughts are entirely random. real world priorities (work, school) add up to about 10% of my thoughts. Networking and using my talents and promoting myself takes up about 40%.

I've been paying attention to what I'm thinking lately, for this thread. Almost all of the time I'm simply thinking about what I'm doing.

    All sorts of things.

What to do if a dragon comes to take that alienatingly weird socially awkward girl during RIGHT NOW.

"Damn, I want to be skinny like that.... Holy crap, her speech is about how she used to be anorexic. I am a bad bad person."

Could auditorium classrooms be built the other way, with the stage being risen instead of the seats? Why aren't they?

The back of a leaf looks like the back of a hand. Where the hand has the popped veins and the leaf has the leaf veins. Except hand "wrinkles" are more straight horizontally and then triangular and leaf segments are more uniformally trapezoidal/pentagon-y.

Lately: why are we afraid of the dark?

It seems in modern society we spend more time documenting what happened then experiencing what happened. Is forgetting so awful?

Most of what I think about is, as a few people have mentioned, in some way related to whateverís going on at that particular time. Iíll have to pay attention today and see what I end up think about because I usually get caught up in the moment and forget.

All that I'm thinking about right now is:
    going to bed
will this dirty shirt get clean again when I stick it in the laundry??
It's too late to be profound.
I'm a little teapot, short and stout. Here is my handle and here is my spout. Every time I steam up, I give a shout. Just tip me over and pour me out.

Our child gets a scratch, we get our child a brand new head.
We eat what's on our plate, we drink what's in our cup...
We like the shiny TV screen, it spits, we lap it up...
They sing a song, we hum along.
We sing; but we don't understand the words to the song."
