My dad (ISTJ, probably 1w2) is very, very good at managing time, money, resources, etc. Extremely reliable. Rarely procrastinates. No idea how he does it. ESFJ mom tends to put things off more, but is still extremely diligent. Because she's a stay at home mom, I've not had much of a chance to see her in a studying/office kind of position--but now that she's studying for a big test in a few months (she's gonna be a certified fitness instructor), I can see her timeliness coming out. She's studying her big book all the time.

Both of them find it hard to believe when I say I'd rather stay up all night and do it all then work a little every day.
Yet I know, if I stepped aside
Released the controls, you would open my eyes
That somehow, all of this mess
Is just my attempt to know the worth of my life

I've done both and it's much easier, by far, to do some every day. This is because I have a million other things that need my attention every day like a job, house, kids... I'm sure this is why your parents also prefer to do it this way.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

I do not always stick to schedules, especially others' arbitrarily imposed schedules, but I almost always meet deadlines. So, I manage time very well, but in my own way.
I've been called a criminal, a terrorist, and a threat to the known universe. But everything you were told is a lie. The truth is, they've taken our freedom, our home, and our future. The time has come for all humanity to take a stand...

    Nope.
In that which is night to all things, therein the self-subjugated remains awake; but where all else is awake, that is night for the knower of the self.

Haha thank you! I really couldn't sleep the whole night before, the information doesn't seem so certain in my head, and it wasn't until I just let my words flow out after a few sentences and I was amazing how my voice started sounding confident!

That Ni makes you so aware of yourself it is so scary, you're 'meta'ing as you're speaking, your mind being in 2 places. Maybe you do too in another way? I can never seem grounded even when I am currently extroverting myself lol.

I don't think it works in quite the same way, but my Si makes bullshitting papers easy breezy. And I always get an A on them too! Thanks, personal storehouse of knowledge. Always looking out for me by remembering the little things!

I spent a lot of time reading about time management skills so I could acquire time management skills to fix my lack of time management skills.

Hmm! That's very nice! Often times I remember "events" and their meaning or the gist of things, so only big picture questions I can get quicker, but when it's like detailed if I didn't study, my imagination starts to see how the "wrong" answer could be better the "right" answer, and even if you're convinced the teacher is like "nahh, it's not in the book."
