    I got the following:

    Your Cognitive Development Profile
The forty-eight questions you rated earlier tap into the eight cognitive processes. Some questions tapped into basic or developed use of a process used by itself, while other questions tapped into use of multiple processes at once. The profile below is based on your responses. The number of squares indicate strength of response. The equivalent numeric is shown in parentheses along with likely level of development.
Cognitive Process Level of Development (Preference, Skill and Frequency of Use)
    extraverted Sensing (Se) ************************ (24.3)
    average use
    introverted Sensing (Si) ************************************************* (49.8)
    excellent use
    extraverted Intuiting (Ne) ******************* (19.4)
    limited use
    introverted Intuiting (Ni) ********************* (21.2)
    limited use
    extraverted Thinking (Te) **************************** (28.4)
    average use
    introverted Thinking (Ti) **************************** (28.3)
    average use
    extraverted Feeling (Fe) ************************************ (36.6)
    excellent use
    introverted Feeling (Fi) ******************************** (32.4)
    good use

    Summary Analysis of Profile
By focusing on the strongest configuration of cognitive processes, your pattern of responses most closely matches individuals of this type: ISFJ

    Lead (Dominant) Process
Introverted Sensing (Si): Stabilizing with a predictable standard. Carefully comparing a situation to the customary ways you’ve come to rely on. Checking with past experiences. Stabilizing a situation and invest for future security.

    Support (Auxilliary) Process
Extraverted Feeling (Fe): Building trust through giving relationships. Empathically responding to others' needs and take on their needs and values as your own. Checking for respect and trust. Giving and receiving support to grow closer to people.

If these cognitive processes don't fit well then consider these types: ESFJ, or ISTJ

If these results are different from what you know of yourself, you might consider why your developmental pattern does not align with your expectation. You might also consider exploring this result as a possible better fit.

    The Four Temperaments
Corresponding best-fit temperaments based on your profile: Stabilizer; secondly Catalyst; then Improviser; and lastly, Theorist.

I've taken this test before and got the results that are in my signature.

The more I take these tests, the less accurate I think they are (for me) because I can tell which function each question is asking about. Here is what I got this time. According to this, I am not developing my other functions over time since the results are still close to as what I previously got.

lol@ my perpetually low Ne and Ti.

Cognitive Process Level of Development (Preference, Skill and Frequency of Use)
    extraverted Sensing (Se) ************************************* (37.3)
    excellent use
    introverted Sensing (Si) ************************************** (38.5)
    excellent use
    extraverted Intuiting (Ne) *********** (11.2)
    unused
    introverted Intuiting (Ni) ********************** (22.3)
    limited use
    extraverted Thinking (Te) ******************************** (32.1)
    good use
    introverted Thinking (Ti) **************** (16)
    unused
    extraverted Feeling (Fe) ****************************************** (42.7)
    excellent use
    introverted Feeling (Fi) **************************************** (40.5)
    excellent use

It said that I match the profile of an ISTJ. However, I KNOW for a fact that I am not an ISTJ.

I looked at the ESFJ link in the OP as well and apparently the SFJs around here use a lot of both Fe and Fi. I guess we just rule.

Looking at my results again, I'd say they are pretty accurate. I am without a doubt a Sensor Feeler. After that I find myself going into Te or Ni mode fairly often.

FWIW I think the Fi questions in that test are too general. I can't imagine that too many people don't want their own personal happiness. Also, I think a lot of people value the other F function, it does not necessarily mean we actually use it, just that we can have some of its traits due to our preferred F function.

Some ISTPs scored high on Fi as well. I doubt they actually 'use' Fi.

    Suspected Fi questions:
    8. Feel strongly that something is good or bad.
    19. Freely enjoy doing what you want for your own personal happiness.
    21. Gain a profound realization from a mystical state or sudden release of emotions.
    25. Always remain true to what you want for yourself or others.
    36. Evaluate what is worth believing in and most important to who you really are inside.
    43. Continually examine if choices harmonize with important beliefs.

Yeah. I'm guessing FJs and many TPs would agree with those. But, that doesn't mean you use Fi. (Unless you do, but I wouldn't use this test result as a metric of that. My Ti was also really high but damn, I have no Ti!)

If you have a friend in RL who is into MBTI, you should ask them if they think you use Ti. I feel certain that I use Fi. I have also seen a few ISTPs who have good Fi. Although they would argue this, I see ISTPs as distant but not unemotional. This is just my own observation. But anyways... I digress... this is the thread to discuss ISFJs not other types.

Ok then, enjoy your Fe/Fi cognitive dissonance. I'm sure that I don't use Ti, thanks. ISTPs can be emotional, but I don't see how that relates to Fi. Fi =/= emotions.
