Sometimes it's tough, and even impossible to figure out where you are on one of these spectrums. There are some people I just can't even type because they're completely borderline. You may eventually figure it out though. I had trouble distinguishing myself as an introvert or extrovert.

Feeling is primarily a process.....that imparts to the content a definite value in the sense of acceptance or rejection. In the same way that thinking organizes the contents of consciousness under concepts, feeling arranges them according to their value. Feeling, like thinking, is a rational function, since values in general are assigned according to the laws of reason...

    When your drained and overwhelmed
Do you feel like you just need to get away from the all
crazy activity going on and find a more quiet and reclusive area?

it amazing how energizing it can be.
I tell ya silence is wonderful

oh yes! i always need a break after i've spent time with people! Its fun to be with people, but i need a break. Its not that we're incapable of comming up with awsome funny stuff, we just need alone time and we dont get our energy from other people in that way. And I'm glad you get that too! We can be outgoing when we're up for it! We're just as pimp as everyone else. lol.
    even you dave...

So derailed of a thread. For shame p's and x's invading SJ territory and derailing a thread...

Secondly picking on a perfectly innocent, but suave, ISTJ is not allowed by forum rules. Again I have to say for shame.

To D@ve, you are perfectly welcome to join my rookery. We welcome any intelligent penguins. As you can see I'm with my friends before a Christmas party.

Sorry for more derailment, but meh, rules are meant to help have fun not prevent it.

Thanks ayoitsStepho for the explanation of the name...I had assumed that, but assumptions can easily be wrong. Good luck on finding your actual type.

amen to that one sista XD.
I can party it up like any Extrovert but you bet if i'm drained
i'm going home or retreating to a quiet spot with another introvert ^^D.

oooh we can be crazy you bet your socks lol.
Exactly AStepho the energy comes from inside when
we can reflect or even just here some amazing silence lol.

Or in a room with a bunch of people if their all quiet and
not expecting you to engage with them all the time.

One friend i had actually is an extreme E, She drained me
so much I couldn't hang out with her for long. I mean i
wasn't allowed to reflect/lay low with her at all.

I remember we were almost heading home as we have been
out for the whole day and i was like " yes finally" as i needed
to recharge/be alone after all that activity.

She says just as were nearing " you know what let's go to the
this place since we don't need to be home right now "

I'm all " I was expecting to be home at least in alittle bit though?"
I stand up for the I's let me tell ya.

My one Friend who i think is eSFJ can lay low with
me and not every moment has to filled with talking.

Like one time were chilling in her room and for
two-three minutes there was silence and
"it wasn't awkward :P" we were just
comfortable enough to be silent as best
    friends together.

And i wouldn't get chasticed for it either.
I love it when you find someone
who can respect your Idom XD.

Right on, when we up for it were golden.
