    Default Being guarded.

Do you ever perceive yourself to be too guarded?

Is it a good thing or bad?

Do you ever wish you could find a way to fix that problem?

Whilst in relationships, after a given time, are you able to drop that guard?
(example, you give 80% and keep 20% guarded)

If you read between the lines, you'd see there is a book here waiting to be written. Ahhh, to guarded. lol.

I don't consider it a problem, as long as others close to me can respect it and be ok with it. It's nothing personal.

    I am not too guarded.

If anything I am an open book.

The disadvantage to being so is that the treacherous piss heads you meet along the way will take advantage of your openness and try to screw with you from time to time, but they are no competition for me and I smite them with ease and am then thankful that I know their true colors and can put them permanently on my blacklist.

There are times though when it is appropriate to be somewhat guarded, but that is not my default.

    A jaded enfp isn't a pretty thing.

Can someone fix the thread title before I lose my mind?

    Rant time.

Why reply? .. If you don't like the thread title then don't add your two cents.

Are you the grammar police? .. Put it into f*cking perspective and get the fu*k over it.

    Jesus Christ.

Settle down... I don't know if that was aimed at me as well, but it wasn't meant as a criticism. It's just one of those things that's like nails on a chalk board, I can't help but squirm.

I don't care anymore, i posted a question which i was hoping would be able to give me some guidance and advice. Now i didn't put to much detail into it because that means i am opening myself up.

    Instead i just get criticism.

I am sick of it on here. You just make people feel stupid when you do that.
So why do it in the first place. No, lets not give some great advice, instead lets find fault. Good for you.

Its the final straw. I am out of here.

Well, I apologize if I've personally offended you... I didn't intend to upset you and didn't know it would irritate you for me to comment. It was really only in jest as spelling and grammar obviously isn't going to genuinely bother me. I screw mine up constantly. -- I did give my .02 to the OP though...

    Hope you'll stay.

Wow, I'm really not a grammar nazi, and my spelling can suck bad sometimes. It really was just a little thing, no big deal. Wasn't trying to make you feel stupid, people make mistakes, put the wrong word and type incoherently all the time.

I did respond to the thread. It's a legitimate and interesting question.
