    Rainbows made me think of a really good way of describing my standpoint on relationships:

    I don't see it as a necessity, but it's nice to have. The majority of the world is apparently able to accomplish this thing called a "relationship" so I feel I have to at least try to do it to keep par with everyone else. It ends up being turned into a goal, and then the fact that it's a goal ends up devaluing the meaning behind it.
