[INTP] INTP Management Styles

My work role has changed in that a) I've taken on new responsibilities and b) I'm supervising other people. They don't report to me, but I still have to manage them in a way. I've had a few brief supervisory responsibilities before, and I've realised I have a lot to learn.

I relish the challenge and like being in charge, but from what I've seen, INTPs aren't natural managers.

Are there any useful resources around to help me be better at this?
