    It sounds like the "thinking director" or "pioneer" description.

    Personally, I came up as a relating director or "producer", meaning that I was primarily a director but with relating tendencies.

    Not really. It sounds like anyone who secretly thinks they are gifted and haven't been recognised for their genius yet.
