I don't know why people supposedly hate INTJs. My best friend (or one of my best friends) is an INTJ, and he's one of the greatest individuals I've had the pleasure of acquainting with. He's generally kind. But if a foolish twat so much as tries to steal one of his pencils, life temporarily becomes a living hell for him.

Life becomes hell for whom - the INTJ, or the pencil thief?
I've been called a criminal, a terrorist, and a threat to the known universe. But everything you were told is a lie. The truth is, they've taken our freedom, our home, and our future. The time has come for all humanity to take a stand...

I've probably already responded to this thread, but I like every INTJ I've met that I can think of and this includes people who were really brash and offensive on this site. One of the worst offenders was one of my closest friends. For some reason it seems easy to communicate, even if there are misunderstandings initially.

I would consider this to be name calling:
    • Moron
    • Dumbass
    • Stupid
    • Idiot

Calling people stupid, whether or not it seems true, serves no function other than to hurt people.

Yeah, our INFJ cousins just need to spend a few moments with us to realize that we actually are being reasonable and thoughtful. It works due to the shared Ni, which appears to even help interpret the Te/Fe crosstalk.

I've noticed, however, that this easy communication is much more difficult online, as the INFJ can't read the INTJ as accurately, and thus poor word choice can result in some unintended values conflicts.
An argument is two people sharing their ignorance.

A discussion is two people sharing their understanding, even when they disagree.

I have 3 friends whose INTJ at my place.
They are all unique but many people doesn't like them, I just don't get it. I think they are the greatest individual I've ever met.
    - give me a kiss, and to that kiss a score; then to that twenty, add a hundred more; a thousand to that hundred : so kiss on, to make that thousand up a million, treble that million, and when that is dare let's kiss a fresh, as when we first begun - Robert Herrick

That's because you are TJ. You can handle the lack of sugar coating.
