P's have to develop some J to survive (because there are things that just need to get done) (or they'll be crushed to death under the mountains of work they've procrastinated on).
J's have to develop some P (because not everything can be managed/controlled) (or they'll die from a heart attack trying to plan their yearly 2-week vacation to Aruba).
