My manager is an ENFP.
Things I like about working with him:
- Incredibly supportive
- Fair
- Sees the big picture
- Doesn't micro-manage
- Flexible
- Encourages me to grow and be challenged
Things that drive me kind of insane:
- Forgetful
- He takes disorganised to a whole new level
He's without a doubt one of the best manager's I've ever had. I really enjoy working for him.
