Try INTP's.

I've been known to concede now and again. Usually not on the spot, but if a follow up investigation doesn't prove their points false, I'll move to the other side.

Being right means being right, it's hard to care who else comes to the right conclusion, even if you were just mortal enemies in debate

Dealing with someone who has just said something idiotic.....

INTP: "Idiot " *leaves*...

INTJ: "You seem like an idiot, here is why:rolleyes:" *makes person feel really small*

ENTP: "Yup, you're definitely an idiot. :thelook:"*begins to mock them*

ENTJ:... "What??? NO!....Are you a fucking idiot??? :nono: "*tells the person why and how they should fix it*

ALL: :BangHead:

I can make entjs look good too.:bye:

Q: Why didn't the INTP want to go on vacation?
A: He's already tired out from too many definitional retreats!

(taken from the hypothetical world's nerdiest children's menu)

I agree wholeheartedly -- I mean, that's the nerdiest children's menu I've ever heard of.

I think I made a pretty fair analysis, and still managed to make them better than all of you self-satisfied Pnessess managed to. >:]

Hey, that's no way to talk to a lady.
(Me, I mean; not INTP, he's no lady, he's more of a potty-mouthed biker chick.)

EDIT: Define "analysis."

I would never speak to a lady as such *is saddened and horrified*

I was referring to Ajblaise, and INTP.

hmmm. Maybe observation might be a better word instead of "analysis". . .
It's more of a general analysis of data I've collected observing a lot of NTs here: Their patience, the way they respond, communicate, etc.

It does seem like the males are more impatient and pnessy than the females.

I do realize the smilies make my post seem less serious. Not Intended.

Oh. I understand completely, now.

That is probably true. NTP females seem more deliberate and measured, despite still being flexy.

I would never dream of taking your post with less seriousness than required.
(Besides, I always smile when I'm deathly seriously. ;) )

You are a supporting sample.

Being right means being right, it's hard to care who else comes to the right conclusion, even if you were just mortal enemies in debate

You are a counter sample.

It is not about "who", it is about "what." It is about detachment from the argument. An argument can be valid or invalid; the person is irrelevant.

Hmm. I'm not sure I understood your original point correctly. Did you mean A) INTPs are more prone to be truth-seekers than ENTPs, or B) in the post you quoted "ENTPs" should be replaced with "INTPs" to imply INTPs will do anything to win an argument? I thought you meant the latter.

Does this thread serve any good purpose other than to be used as a platform to argue against another individual's perceptions on the topic of arguing?

Are we really arguing about arguing?

I can definitely argue that this is getting pretty pointless!

Have fun arguing!!!!!!!!
