I forgot Daria, but I don't think Sheldon is INTP, he's extremely uptight and very externally focused, organized(Je) seems VERY ISTJ.

ESTP is even worse than INTP(but still close), no way is Spike any kind of extrovert(especially ESTP), he's mostly likely the most ISTP anime character.
