The title of this thread drives me absolutely bonkers because it isn't grammatically correct.

When my first instinct is to blame others for something I inadvertently did myself. When my passion and drive to succeed becomes a ball and chain. My need for constant change that will eventually do me in. So many things are high up on my list.
