Default Oi Forums People: How Do I Vibe?

    ...In terms of other ENTPs?

Excuse the self indulgence but I'm curious because as much as I relate to other ENTPs I don't see myself as presenting the same way. I feel too fluffy and iunno, squishy Fe or something equally disturbing.

I'm wondering if enneagram plays a role here, in terms of Tritype I'm a 9w8 second. I just don't feel like I go for the jugular as much as other ENTPs do, I don't even think about it and hold back, it's just not me. My 8 wing plays out more with selfishness or self drive than running over others. I also think I'm more trusting of other people's intentions, maybe more I should be.

If Whatever was still claiming ENTP I wouldn't be curious cause I can so see similarities in her, but she's deserted the NT camp for greener, more colour intensive pastures of the SP camp

And don't make me uncomfortable with compliments, I'm not fishing for them, my ego is full up already, oh yeah!

I think your ENTP' vibes are ok.

In my experience, there are very different "vibing" ENTP's. Some are quite serious regarding to other ENTP's who are actually quite silly and quite entertaining. I don't know why there is such a difference, almost like a two different types even if they both fit really well in the Ne-Ti functions...?

Maybe it's about who'se Ne is much stronger (=silly ENTP's) and whose Ti is almost as strong as Ne (more serious ENTP's). So, basically, when the the ENTP's who are more extroverted are the silly ones and the ones with less extroverted are more serious ones, a bit like INTP's?

Maybe a division of ENTP and eNTP would be appropriate?

I'll buy ENTP. I'd also buy ENFJ. You have the same charisma as Domino, but yours is a little more...straightforward and assertive. Calculating?

Yeah you don't come across like most ENTPs on the forum. Your claws are fully retractable. You're like a cross between an ENTP and Domino in posting style imo.

Edit: ha, I typed that without even having read XNTP's post.

I think Domino is super-sassy-sexiness dipped in a giant bowl of tasty honey

Heh, I also think it's saying stuff like that ^ which would make people read me as similar.

I don't care what people think of me, much of the time, but in an almost contradictory way I care about how other people are feeling, which means I can censor myself and it seems that it's often not consciously.

I wish I could care less. Because I can see why/how Fi users could see Fe as fake and at times I feel fake as the emotion of a situation can overwhelm me into giving up my stance for the warm sickly glow of making someone else happy.

I thought I was INTP for a long time because in the social sense of extrovert I'm not it. But that's more a result of suppression and depression than the real me.

Maybe one thing is I doubt my views on most things so I'm less inclined to debate anything serious cause I don't trust that I'm right and don't want to defend a view that may turn out to be wrong, and hate having to admit that I'm wrong I feel easy to pwn in a debate, another ENTP could smash me! INTPs can't though cause they don't count, it's because they live in their parents basements!

I have noticed that the female ENTPs tend to be less rough around the edges than their male counterparts (based on this forum). I could totally buy you as an ENTP even though I don't really know you.

There are differences in socialisation that often falls down the line of sex, but even taking that into consideration I "feel" different. Not as in a "oh you so unique! *finger click*" kinda way, more in a "not quite right for an ENTP" kinda way.

I agree with this--your playfulness is similar to Domino's, but I don't feel an ENFJ vibe from you. Your Ti definitely comes out, though Ne reads first. And I definitely get Fe from you.

I think you're an ENTP with social awareness. I like that you're not afraid to put people back in line as a mod, but you're careful not to humiliate. You put your humor to good use.
