You are right, our experiences do not match up.

I don't know if this is an Fi thing, or a me thing, but as emotionally sensitive as I am, in my past relationships I have been accused of *holding back* and being generally avoidant of confrontation.

And I am guilty of both counts.

Due to my sensitive understanding of how emotional contagion works, I will often try my hardest to keep things in, till I have them fully figured out, which is unhealthy to an extent, in order to salvage the temporary health of the relationship.

I've NEVER been accused of being/acting histrionic, NO ONE who knows me would EVER describe me being remotely as such.

I'm sorry, but I've met histrionic assholettes, before, and, I can't stand them.

I view them as soulless, and oftentimes, evil.

Look into their eyes and you see the void.

    *shudders*

Honestly, either you're not understanding Fi, or you are improperly using the term histrionic.

    Fi is about AUTHENTICITY!!!!!!

The problem is that an unhealthy Fi can create its own sense of authenticity that has no bearing on objective reality, and then try to impose it through the lens of Te, in much the same way an unhealthy Ti can create its own logical patterns that start from untrue principles, and then create a mass of followers through the lens of Fe.

The former is histrionic, the latter narcissistic.

Maybe my feelings are somehow invalid, but they are in no way inauthentic, you know?

There's the tricky part - how does a person define validity?

Given that I'm ENTP, and it's commenting on my relationship with ENFPs, no, it's the individual's Fi. Not Ti/Fe.

Maybe you should make your own commentary rather than jumping off mine's?
