    And he was right.

So go ahead little bunny, carry on with your 4-letter type anecdotes.
You are far more fond of them, than I.
Really? I am? And, you care nothing for it?

    That's "logical."
Tell me then, why would it even matter for you to make the above comment?

    * To stay on topic: I would not have whatever "type" is yours as a boss, you are contradictions galore.

No consensus in thought (to be followed by action) would be achieved.

I played a part in it, continuing on with the kitty....and I would still agree with you, a lot of the derailed fluff posts (including esp. mines) should be put to final rest. I solemnly swear this (above) will be the end of my response to the kitty. So, we can continue on with the topic.

INTJ bosses! they've got ideas that they're willing to discuss, and are structured enough to keep everyone to what they should be doing. I've had the misfortune of only ever having ESFJ bosses who, while very nice, believe that being lenient at one point requires favors in return. INTJs keep to the job description, and don't just show up in your office asking how things are going.

    Of course it was necessary.
If someone is going to question how I word things,
rather than focus on the content of what I say,
I have little patience for such pedantic types.

I don't know what world some of these people live in on this board,
but I say things no differently online or offline.
So this "IRL" rubbish, is nonsense to me.
What is the person suggesting, some have an unreal life?
If someone has a problem with how I string together my sentences,
yes, they can simply F.O. and grow up.

Don't have much to say, but seriously.

It's pretty sad that you think you talk irl with the same emotion as your words on a forum imply.

I think it would depend on the type of job. Off the top of my head,

A very structured, yet, independent project - INTJ
A team-project that needs to follow guidelines, predetermined structures - ENTJ
A time-sensitive project, that needs a team to come up with a fast solution - ENTP
An independent project that isn't really time-sensitive, nor structured, but, demands thoroughness - INTP

That's right. 4-letter anecdotes are not who people are.

No consensus in thought (to be followed by action) would be achieved.

Jesus, well that's a real tipoff you've never run a company.
Consensus in thought? You are looking for a puppet, kiddo.
    I have run a company,
and I let everyone be their own person out in the field.
If I did my job well and trained them all to the best of my ability,
then I didn't have to tell them to do anything after that.
In other words, once the training was done, I got the hell out of the way,
and let people do their own thing.
    That's how I operated.
In the sales meetings, more often than not, we spent as much time laughing as working.
Don't confuse me in general, with how you and I get along.
Or should I say, do not get along.

    Let's just move on now.
This is boring me, and I know others don't want to read this crap.

This is simply one online forum.
    Let's move on.

Best answer so far. Maybe the ENTP should be boss.
