You gotta be fuc*ing kidding me, right?

Looks like a lot of people are having issues about being organized. :jew:
Any good boss would understand if a normal employee was taking a break, watching porn or whatever for a while. Seriously... What I think people are being afraid of are the ENTJs and ESTJs gone wrong. Those who are not able to cut people some slack and just let them do whatever for a while.

Cutting people some slack does not decrease efficiency, if it's not near-to constant slack. Very little work is done in a constant flow. Work, I have found, is most often best done in bursts. As long as the individual is able to do things that way, it should be fine.

^ Exactly. It's not as if ENTJ were blind to actualities in life. Perhaps these kinds of things are example of something where I just look how things actually work for people (Se) and apply the recipe for success, instead of pushing some in-bred (Ni) system (Te) not obviously suited for the task.

But, sometimes I don't cut any slack for someone. It's momentary, and a sign of some big trouble with someone. I try to notice the thing and back off a bit then.. but it's really an exception in the extreme, rather than a rule.

I've worked for an ENTJ female boss and an INTP male boss, and on both counts we got on surprisingly well. The female drove me NUTS, but had my sympathies and she was later terminated, but she LOVED me.

ENTJ / ESTJ females are often drawn to INFJ females, I know from experience. They think you maybe can help them.

May the gods have mercy on their souls.

I'd like the consistency of the INTJ and their not interfering with my job as long as it is up to standards...
INTJ-INTP has proven to be an excellent professional combination to me.
