    Having taken a limited course in abnormal psychology... You are, like, the opposite of bipolar, ygolo. And not grandiose (at least not in the DSMIV sense) either.

    Try to enjoy things. I don't know you, but I do think we all have a tendency to overthink. When you're out in the middle of a field in the middle of nowhere you realize that life is pretty simply. Birds do it, bees do it, etc. We just complicate it.
