    Default Tell me something new

As a NT I like hearing about new ideas/ theory.

    Some of my favorites are:

    1. Boltzman Brain - Boltzmann brain - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
    2. British Museum Algorithm - British Museum algorithm - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
    3. Abilene paradox - List of paradoxes - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Share some links to ideas that people wouldnt have heard about.

The Uncanny valley? That's fairly interesting.

This is something you're probably already aware of, but it's been a hot topic in our household of late. My INTP pal just did a presentation on it recently for a phil of physical science course. It's one that makes me swoon a bit.

Many-worlds interpretation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Possible worlds have been around in Philosophy for as long as Philosophy has been practiced in the western world (think of Plato's forms, Leibniz's "best possible world" and Kripke's metaphysical arguments for rigid designators), but a real contender from the world of physics that is actually somewhat compelling doesn't come along very often. Everett was completely shot down during his lifetime, but his hypothesis has been getting quite a bit of attention recently.

    LOL! Here's a more watered-down version.

Great link. To me it reads like there could be a cure to the atom bomb. The cure would be in it's infantcy for awhile until it has evolved. And also, wouldn't a cure for an already expended atom bomb be a cure for some kinds of cancers too?
everyone uses every function about evenly. take NE for example. if there are those who don't use it much, then why are there such massive amounts of people constantly flowing through Wallmart with 20 items or less?
