I've been in love once; it ended with what felt like a sledgehammer to my temple. I think love requires a mutual element that has to do with how both parties feel toward each other. Something has to "click." I know some people that hate saying the words, "I love you," but melt when they receive the same words.
Has anyone considered that there are vast differences to how love is expressed; therefore, some are "more compatible" than others - or at least some understand each other more easily?
