We're pretty spontaneous, but we're still TJs... ENFPs might be a bit too much 'P' for us to handle.
We'd get all J on their ass while they're basically E7 spirits, hating it...
But ENFP's are so cute though
ya but when ENTJs arent "in the zone" and being crazy "im on a mission dammit!" we can kind of be like psudo ENXPs...
ENTJs need to learn to relax...but not in the ISFP shadow sort of relax...we need to learn to relax in that ENXP sort of way--> its easier to "learn to direct our intensity to fun craziness" than it is to "learn to direct our intensity to calmness"
Out of sheer curiosity, what does he do for work? I'm keeping this in the thread, since being passionate about your work is clearly one of the ways to win over an ENTJ, so I consider it still on topic. Yes-siree.
He's a director (mainly theatre, some film). It doesn't matter what someone is good at/passionate about to me, though, as long as there's something. It's a *very* attractive trait.

"How dreadful!" cried Lord Henry. "I can stand brute force, but brute reason is quite unbearable. There is something unfair about its use. It is hitting below the intellect." ~ Oscar Wilde - The picture of Dorian Gray
This is probably going to sound awful, but why in god's name would a man want an ENTJ female? I understand pursuing a woman that you think is attractive or interesting then finding out she's an ENTJ, and being okay with it. I can't imagine why a man would intentionally seek an ENTJ partner, however. It's just such a painful female type to live with so much of the time. Male ENTJs at least have the whole "uber male" thing going on, but who wants an "uber male" female?
Again, apologies to my fellow ENTJ girls, I'm sure you're all awesome. I just do not understand what would possess any man to set out with intention of making one of us his mate.
I'm an ENTJ male, and in the case I am interested in you and I haven't approached you yet (I tend to make the first move, due to impatience), then the best way would be to be completely direct, something like "Hey dude, I think you're hot/I like you, let's have a date". This works if I'm interested, if I'm not interested, then nothing works.
