Honestly showing affection to others is quite difficult.
It takes years for me to openly state "I *cough* love *cough* you" and when i do its in the form of a tease -.-.
I was raised be an ENTJ mother, and she doesnt give affection much also.... If i give hugs its awkward... like y'know that hug at the end of step brothers between the brothers....
... anyone know what i mean?

I have no idea how NTs show affection. I'm open to suggestions.

I like to be touched, nuzzled, tickled, pinch, slapped, whatever.

HAHA funny you say this I know an NT who shows his feelings by being quite rough with the object of his affections. I used to think that it was a little 5th grade... sort of like pulling a girl's hair but it has become quite endearing... He also likes to slap and be slaped (Not in an S&M way just like play fighting a bit I guess) I thought it was just him being a bit freaky
    ... couldn't drag me away

I need to figure this out ASAP. I just started dating another ENTP, and I think he's better at being affectionate than I am, even though I want to . But somehow it always devolves into a joke or something with me.

I think this is fun too. I'm an ass slapper, pincher, raspberry blower, hair tugger, and a biter. All playful [no blood or marks!] and only with SOs though. I get touched by anyone else I just freeze up.

I should hope so too... can't imagina what sorta reaction you would get if you just randomly started tugging someone's hair on the bus.... or run up to someone in the mall and slapped her/his ass.... Funny if you tried though

What do you think I am, an ENTP?

I've been known to place my arm around a friend's waist and nuzzle their shoulder affectionately. I feel uncomfortable verbalising affection when face-to-face. I go all monotone, or have an embarrassed grin on my face, so it looks false, despite being completely sincere. So it's either spontaneous physical contact, or none at all. Which is a shame, because I wish I could communicate my feelings through words, but something stops me.
    Um, yeah.

It will personally take me a long time to show true affection and I don't know if I ever actually show affection in the 'traditional way'.

Instead, I show loyalty and demonstrate how much I truly care for that person..if I get physical with someone right away that usually means I'm not showing 'affection'.

No matter what those dumb people say about sex=love all the time and stuff like that...
