I don't know why you would want to do a crazy thing like that. Just find guys that are withdrawn but also extremely certain and confident in their statements. Always have plans and contingencies, like order and routine, can be dicks. Basically try and find quiet smart asses.

Well INTJ forum is a good place to look.

Try with science colleges if you are older with scientific institutions of scientific association. Everything with science can do the trick.

Try with the economy sector.

Actually try anywhere where is a lot to gain and you need alot of effort and knoledge to
succeed.INTJs are usually on this kind of places.

INTJ guys are very hard to find and even harder to catch.(good luck)

I'd say,
The quiet kid in the back of the college class.
The kid no one really talks to.

This would depend on what you're currently doing though...

I just know myself - and two of my friends are INTJs, but we are all younger, so I would have no idea what older INTJs do.

One that is not too J. Any thought?
Not too J? What exactly does that mean? Wouldn't that be an INTP? I suppose you don't want one who is too T or I either?

The only hint I can give is that many INTJ men (and women for that matter) gravitate towards engineering, computer science, physics (and other sciences), economics, and law. Can you audit or take classes in these fields?

Getting them to interact with you is a whole other problem since other than in classes or working they tend to spend all their time alone. Most read (sci-fi or philosophy), you could stake out a bookstore I suppose. Your best bet is probably the internet, many dating sites include MBTI type these days.

This is true. I work with 3 of them. The latest has been enough to make me write a new rant on INTJs. He's arrogant, overly-anal, unteachable, hot-headed and ignorant about his job. It's really not making things very easy, since he doesn't know what the hell he's doing and is depending on me to show him. Friday I finally said to him, "You know, you've been pretty rude to me" and he blew up, throwing things.

He's very high-strung and has a split personality.

Now that I've warned you - find a techie environment. They seem to flock there. If INTJs are so rare, why the hell do I work with 3 of them? :steam:

Edit: I just saw you're an ENFP. It makes sense now. ;) My friend is an ENFP and found herself an INTJ. They get along great together. It surprises me, actually... but I think only ENFPs could handle INTJs, honestly.

What makes you think that ENTJ can't?

This ENTJ can't!

Somehow, there is a horrible breakdown in communication between us. Horrible. We can have the same common goals, but somehow butt heads the whole way getting there.

I can only answer this by telling you the kinds of places I and other INTJs I know hang out:

- Educational establishments (primarily science, technology courses) - this could either be the really quiet student that sits at the back as already mentioned, or if they're slightly more confident, the student that's asking the lecturer really awkward questions.
- Online forums (mbti central, INTJ open etc)
- Work (generally the guy most people don't approach if they can help it, but normally the guy they do turn to if there's a problem that can't be solved).
- Gyms (although this isn't the first place you should look haha) - INTJs can be obsessed with fitness but this may be in the form of road running
- Book shops (try the sci-fi or computing section)
- Libraries (see above)
- Cinemas (latest sci-fi release or action thriller)

When younger I would venture to bars and clubs regularly - look for the guy who seems awkward and is not mixing too well and who dresses in a slightly unusual way (but not in attempt to draw attention to themselves). Unusual in the sense that it is not completely in line with current fashion. They may also be getting very drunk in order to cope with the surroundings and to aid socialising (although after a certain point this backfires).

I'm not sure what the nationalities are on the forums, but there are plenty of UK / Europeans.

Try using online dating, chat to a few people and get them to do the MBTI test: it worked for me and is probably a preferred method for INTJs to meet partners :)
