Obviously he did horrible things that we can't fathom doing, but there's all different perspectives and personal codes that an INFJ can have, so who's to say he couldn't have been an INFJ.
Eh, how do we know he didn't have someone else write for him? Political figures have had secret writers before.

Definitely not infj. I'd sooner say he was an INTJ, just with skewed values.

Where did that list come from? I can't see most of those being INFJ at all.
"...Generally, by the time you are Real, most of your hair has been loved off, and your eyes drop out and you get loose in the joints and very shabby. But these things don't matter at all, because once you are Real you can't be ugly, except to people who don't understand..." (the Skin Horse)

I would say that most likely at least 70% of those people are not INFJs. It is going to take a while to analyse everyone on that list though
The MBTI is a tool to help you on your self discovery. It nor any other the label can ever hope to describe you, because you are are unique and special, we all are. Any comments made regarding a group of people should be considered to be general and not ubiquitous; and no one should lose of sight of that. . Do not stereotype other people or yourself for that matter, but generalise if you must when a general example or pattern is required. And if you took the time to read this thank you

I think it's pretty clear Dylan's an INFJ. Johnny Depp is probably one too. Cash was an ISTP. I'm having a hard time seeing Sarandon or Billy Crystal as INFJs either but I don't have anything to back that up. Otherwise I thought your list was spot on.
