[ENFP] What happens to ENFPs when they don't get the alone time they need?

If I'm visiting faraway friends or they're visiting me for a while I can become very, very irritable after a while if out of politeness I spend every minute with them minus sleeping. I need time alone. Does this happen to you other guys?
