I am very aware that, at least according to society's standards, the current model for a perfect person is ESTJ. What if the majority of the world was ENFJ?

Hopes for higher humanitarian wishes would cloud visions for real-world rationality.

1. People would never have to keep all these useless, perpetuated systems in place.

2. We'd spend more time exploring what it means to be a human being through various forms of art.

3. ...We'd never have to eat Turkey for Thanksgiving. Instead we'd read about the Indigenous People of Australia.

This society keeps pushing for and promoting extroversion, reliability/timeliness/can-get-stuff-done, and compliance. But guess who pushes for that bullshit? These people need to be shut the fuck up before they ruin what's left of this society. The problem with ESTJs is that while they seem like the ideal, nobody likes them and nobody likes the effect they have on the world around them. Nobody likes the embodiment of the shit culture/tradition keeps pushing for, and that's because that's not actually what people want. This love of extroversion, etc is being imposed, and doesn't actually reflect what is needed or what makes for a thriving culture.

This world would be better off if it was dominant introvert. People would immediately think that such a place would be worse off but I ask "for whom would it be?"

I can't even begin to imagine how unbearable it would be.
