Anyone work for an SP? I suppose if you have to pick your supervisory temperaments, at least this one is easy to be around, but (there's always a but with these folks.) While they often are aware of their pleasure seeking, instant gratifying nature, they seem to think this is some sort of get out of work free pass. Or they completely overblow their efforts (I suppose when you're a hedonist by nature, it feels just awful to suck it up and get something done.)

As you can tell I'm on a bit of a end-of-my-rope rant.

So I guess I'm looking for two things:
1. Anyone else have the same frustrations.
2. Any tactical advice?

Thanks!!!
