I'm an INFP... I'd say we're a little reserved... with occassional slips of silliness... I'd say we look around a lot.... at people, at things, out the window... JUST WONDERING... when we speak, if not comfortable we tend to get tongue tied... I don't know about anyone else but I tend to blush and laugh at myself.

Just look for the ones who walk into walls and spill coffee on their clothes.

Would you say INFP's blush more than other types? Like that person who blushes in situations that wouldn't normally call for blushing (meaning I can't understand why they're blushing)? I know I just said blushing way too many times.

I'm not really sure, actually... I'll give my own ideas as soon as possible.

Hopefully this thread will give us all greater insight into how the INFP mind works, just as the ENFJ and ENFP threads did.

INFPs spill their clothes on coffee and walk through walls. Others don't believe this so they don't see it happening.

Funny you say that. I made this thread like 8 months ago and I actually don't really care any more. I've lost faith in the value of MBTI, so I literally don't want to know sheerly out of disinterest

I think this is a great description. Very funny, Oleander!

I inadvisedly say that I "intuit" other INFPs. And it's like a big smiley "Hey!"

This is interesting. I'm only seen as quiet/smart. I didn't really give much thought on how other's perceive me. Well some people assume I'm an emo skater because of my clothes. I don't like standing out (I don't wear crazy stuff) so I just wear T-shirts and cargo pants. And the smart because of my decent grades and glasses? Yet I've had people call me cool because I always look so relaxed and sure of myself, but I'm dying on the inside. And my face is hard to read for some. I'm can be very stoic. Other than that I look like an average guy. I see that some people view the INFP as being clumsy? That's not me at all, I'm very aware of my surroundings. I'll cop to overlooking mess piling up, lol.
