Why do they make EII profiles sound like MBTI INFJs then? I mean, socionics attributes "J behavior" to FiNe, but I'm a pretty unstructured person externally; internally I am principled, but even that is offset with a dreamy, emotional nature. I guess that's why it does not resonate with me. The IEI type is also described as more of an aesthetic, which I identify with. ILI seemed like some sort of weird compromise . IDK....socionics just isn't for me.

Often a star was waiting for you to notice it. A wave rolled toward you out of the distant past, or as you walked under an open window, a violin yielded itself to your hearing. All this was mission. But could you accomplish it? (Rilke)

I frankly don't think descriptions are the way to go in Socionics anymore than they are in MBTI. For some reason, even though the functions are completely different, the descriptions are the fucking same, even where that makes no sense. The dichotomies are mostly the same as well, even though if you look at the functions that doesn't really add up.

It's better to read wikisocion function descriptions..

Besides, INFjs aren't necessarily structured externally.. They need someone with a better handle with "Te" in their lives just as much as ENFPs need it (while ESTj and ISTp appreciate Ne/Fi).

They are called "J" simply because their leading function is judging (Fi).
