The big idea thing is true. I believe @uumlau at some point described it as the Enfp will come up with a crazy idea and spin off associations, the intj takes those bits and pieces and uses Ni to trim it down, waeve it in a tight little succinct package which the enfp then takes and spins off more ideas from and so in. Its quite fun

I think there is something else going on there.

So if the INTJ tells you, wait I'm busy, what do you feel?

Depends. I make it my business to know when he is serious and when he is likely to...forgive me if i interfere. It also depends on what you have to offer him in return, ive found.

On the whole, i understand and have no prob honoring that request as long as it aint a standard answer, chronically abused. I aint a dog you can chain inthe yard. And while i respect and reconize when hou need some time to introvert, i have certain needs i expect you to do the same for.

You might want to check out the trainwrecks of threads on intjs and enfps in the archives
    Yeah I'm curious.

Point me to those threads. What would I search for or just give the links

Oh look, Te directives. How cute

Look for intj-enfp fetishist and intj enfp disastrous something. Fair warning: you will roll your eyes out of their socketS due to drama overload, tangents, repitition and the sheer size of those threads. But is should give you an idea of how the dynamic works and what the pitfalls are. I want you toremember, going in, that im living proof that when it works...it can be everything youve ever needed. Good luck to you

I coincidently used the whistling emoticon before reading this post.

I think I might have an ENFP around me at work. She sort of respects me, I think, or looks out for me, don't know why. She has that smart-ass attitude sometimes.

It applies more generally to Ni/Ne interactions. So any xNxJ type with any xNxP type can interact this way.
An argument is two people sharing their ignorance.

A discussion is two people sharing their understanding, even when they disagree.

Please tell us how you people sniff out or spot intjs. It's an undeniable talent you people have.

Also tel me why is it that enfps are adverse to normal male persuasions?

The first queation might be a joke :p.

True, for sure, though the shared FiTe keeps the focus more on the game, i find. As does being both N-Dom.

I can't be sure exactly what you mean by this, but I think it has something to do with authenticity. When people seem to be playing by the rules, it's kind of a sign they're doing a thing, rather than doing themselves.
    You hem me in -- behind and before;
you have laid your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too lofty for me to attain.
