Different motivations behind our enthusiasm and NFness.
ENFJs get jazzed over people and a plan.
ENFPs get jazzed over possibilities and improvisation

Damn lol. Probably just different ways of going about it all then. I think ENFPs make me so googly-eyed that i forget to figure out more about them

ENFPs (and INFPs) do stuff about it too, but their are some major differences, the most major being; ENFJs are forgiving, NFPs aren't. ENFJs just want to stop the conflict and fighting so that everyone can go back to being themselves and be one big happy family. Not so with NFPs. if you oppress the weak or take away people's freedom, we will kill you. granted, this is not a part of our personality one sees everyday (or even every year), but if something goes against our values, we will stop it at any cost.
the causes we fight are often different too. a few common examples are
NFJ: world peace, helping starving children in africa, sending aid to people in crisis (like I said, big happy family right?), likely to support socialism
NFP: standing up for the weak, punishing those who hurt others, destroying those who abuse power, likely to be libertarian, (notice a common theme of smite the wicked)
both: civil rights, overthrowing a corrupt dictator, tracking down pedophiles

This is way too simplistic. There's a lot of overlap and doesn't fit either type like a glove. It's silly to say "ENFJ's are forgiving and NFPs aren't". Isn't that more individually based whether or not a person is forgiving. I have seen people of both types vehemently fight for all the causes listed and many others that don't necessarily feel like they need to fight for a "cause". It is mainly up to the individual.

Well we can't have a discussion here without sterotypes and outliers.
