My heart rate is normally in the high 50s. It's been in the mid-70 range all day and I think for a few days before I had it measured this afternoon at a blood pressure machine. My blood pressure has been in the 136/96 range for months, but my heart rate hasn't been this high. So I guess that would indicate nervousness.

Standing outside of myself looking in at the state of my mind, feeling like my skull has become a tail-chasing rehab center for dogs, or thought threads. It is the state of constantly needing to consciously overcome the basic fallacies that we only know about because the human intuition is prone to making. "No! Don't eat your own sunken cost! Bad dog!"
