Paranoid, and sensing another panic attack coming. Hopefully I'm wrong.

    pretty good, a bit lazy.

I discovered my previous bad feelings were probably caused by lack of sun. Taking vitamin D has helped!

I'm glad you are feeling better. But how ironic, I am about to go out and I must not forget to take my sun hat. If you are wondering where your Sun has gone, it is spending a season with us. And just as we are entering the height of summer, I guess you are entering the depths of winter.

I am just about to walk down to the Farmers' Market for breakfast. I find getting out in the Sun makes me feel better. And a lovely breakfast helps as well.

Vitamin D is a good idea.
There is NOTHING--absolute nothing--half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats. Simply messing.

Find a friendly INTJ armoured unit, vet them for soundness, and tell them. Your secret will disappear into the recesses, never to be found again. But you will have been unburdened.

Full disclosure: unless you, like, you know, want actual sympathy or anything. In that case try the INFP booth...

Second disclosure and obligatory OP reference: I am feeling procrastinatory (procrastinative?) towards going to sleep...
I never did start the cooking for the week so I need to do it all tomorrow...

I second all this. You will get advice if you want it, quiet listening if you don't, and a shoulder to cry on if it comes to that. What you say will go to the grave if you ask, and believe it or not, you will not be judged.

So aren't we all, some day.
