After today's yoga session, I feel great!
... Well, perhaps not physically (I had a couple of foot spasms while going through the exercises today), but I managed to remove almost all negative emotions and thoughts from my mind. So no worries!

I felt good about myself, like 4 different times today. I daresay, this is a trend? (fuck limerence)

Like there is a layer of gaze between me and immediacy that I have to squint through. Trouble focusing and producing to a point that is a little disturbing, and that's saying something because I'm used to it being difficult.

There is no excuse not to force myself out of this, because the world won't stop for one person's listlessness. I can do that for a day, but then I'm glad it will be the weekend after that, so I can use the free time to figure out what is off.

Previous post solved: isolation was the problem. Too much of it brings on an empty, dissociated state that just hungers for more of the same for no reason. A change of projects at work today brought me near people I know, which brought me back to life.

After waking up at a late but still reasonable hour with a killer headache, then popping Advil and collapsing into bed again, I started my day at 3pm(!!!) -- now it's 6:30, feels like early afternoon, and I have no idea what to do with myself.
    and it's nice enough to
    make a man
    weep, but I don't
    weep, do
    you?

It's hiding time. I haven't had to hide in a long time.

    lol seriously?

I am hearing melodies from Das Rheingold in my head (I really like the orchestration - and how the opera starts, just those opening minutes...) and the thought "death to the enemy!". I feel filled with determination, will and a lust to sexually dominate some beautiful maiden with long, flowing blonde hair.

Perhaps it doesn't help that I'm lying in bed and naked apart from a T-shirt...

    seriously?

I feel intense ambivalence, fifty-odd half-truths pulling me thinner and thinner. I feel compassion and fury and mercy and guilt and hope wrapped in apathy.

I now feel more thoughtful, and somewhat resigned to whatever may befall me in the near future.

The faint sound of the waves crashing is making me sleepy. Time to log off....
