Yesterday, the day after my client's phone call where I felt attacked, I felt like I'd been beaten with a baseball bat. My body physically hurt. I think she has an addiction. She can be very unkind to me. Patronizing. Accusatory. She has issues.
Anyway, it's kind of incredible....I spoke for a few minutes with a friend of work who is an IxFP and I felt SO GOOD afterwards, like I'd been healed. The two of us were standing in a room, both overcome with emotion but unable to express it. Thank goodness some nice stuff can result from this insanity.

I feel at peace with myself today. It's like, I can imagine this ocean of white light within my heart, and I see myself meditating in the center of that light. It washes away all of my worries and lifts my spirit up to the skies.
I feel protected by this light, and I wholeheartedly trust that it will guide me to do what is best for myself and for others.
