Well the hope is that they won't be as big as I'm making them out to be. But I'm definitely not in a place where I can assess them rationally. The question is whether exposure to the feelings will help me figure them out and give me insight that I can use later, or whether they'll just make me even more stressed and less capable of dealing with the more practical matters at hand. Unless I'm misunderstanding you?

@digesthisickness had a great tip. Also, since hand sanitizer is mostly alcohol, it'll kill odor-causing bacteria off for a while too. It might also burn and cause skin irritation though.

Ok, had an look. You're probably better off doing some stress relief like exercise or something distracting and unwinding. Look into what's boiling underneath some other time when you're more prepared to deal with it constructively.

I feel badly for abandoning my boss. But this woman is obviously nuts: I do the most work and have the least power. And I am the one getting yelled at?

that feeling you get when you realized you've already taken 4 pages of bullet point notes on a chapter for a quiz you need to make up. Right after taking 7 pages of notes for another quiz you need to make up.
