Perplexed. Have been researching about veganism, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to depart my Greek Yogurt, milk, eggs, and my yummy chicken yet.

I refuse to go vegan. I like sushi and steak too much.

If I were to go on a raw food diet, it would probably largely be sushi, blue rare steak, and fruit smoothies with coconut milk and spinach.

Perplexed? Did you come across some of their more outrageous claims. FWIW if your coming at this from a health perspective (If not ignore away.); there isn't any solid evidence of its superiority. Most of it is co-opted from the vegetarian studies, and by that I mean large scale Seven Day Adventist studies....... which needless to say has its own set of issues. As for cancer metabolism that is pretty much the wild west right now, it's very new and the tools to properly study/analysis it simply don't exist yet.

The last thing I want to add is that it's very very very easy to start getting obsessed about diet/health(The path towards eating disorders.). If your diet is balanced within your caloric needs, and your exercising regularly; then you're doing the best you can. Bad shit can still happen, but that's just the luck of the draw.

Very sore; my hand was smashed against a railing.
Even when the sun is shining, I can't avoid the lightning Oh, where did the blue skies go? And why is it raining so?

Of course it is happening inside your head, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?

Feeling absurdly dorked out because my father hates India...

...and looks like he doesn't realize he and his family has an Indian-like appearance and morals. Sorry, Dad.

Here are some of their claims:
    1. ALL animal products, even the so called grass-fed/organic ones, give you cancer. Like, its practically a guarantee to get cancer just by eating animal products.
    2. We have the teeth of herbivores. (lmao)
    3. We have the digestive tract and size of herbivores.
    4. We can't digest raw animals. (But then how did I digested sushi?)
    5. Dairy makes you obese and give you skin problems.
    6. When you eat animals, they literally rot inside of you. Because fruits and veggies never do that when stomach acid hits it.
    7. Farm factory animals get raped on a regular basis.
    8. Becoming vegan makes you slimmer than the average 'animal murderer'.

There's more, but I just cannot, lmao. I am trying to calm down and not get orthorexia, its just hard for me to love myself after coming off of medications last year that gave me unhealthy weight gain. I'm sorry if that was personal, but there's just no other way to tell you the reason why I'm looking up veganism. I guess I'm becoming desperate when I shouldn't.

Alright. I'm pretty peaceful and relaxed.
I don't mean to pry, but why would you even make the eyes?
