Isolated. Like I tend to feel on Saturday nights, in anticipation of spending Sunday alone.

sad and bored. We live an isolated and mundane life, my SO and I, and I think we trap ourselves in a bubble

I know one antidote is to start going to the gym again. It's just a matter of getting up and going.

Still isolated, but now making a plan for my day regarding how to be less so.
