In North America, what cities have the most intuits?

I'm looking for population concentrations, because I'm sick and tired of the shallow waters of Suckramento.

I think Portland might be one because they've had a campaign for "Keep Portland Weird". I'm guessing Seattle too...

I don't necessarily think it's "intuitive" but Washington, DC has some of the most highly educated people in the US so that might help as far as intellectual stimulation is concerned.

I will vouch for Seattle. People here just seem more 'real' to me (I've lived in several east coast cities).

I love it how my Ne can usually "just know" where the blood will fly and what kind of a pattern emerges. It's like a hunch or something.

i dont know about europe... - what you americans dont know is that in general USA is more N-welcoming than Europe.

There's a "Keep Austin Weird" campaign as well... I've never been there but it sounds like somewhere I would like.

yuppies can be found in abundance in such cities as Burlington, Vermont...Boulder, Colorado...Portland, Oregon...and Seattle.

I live pretty near Asheville, NC, so I found it interesting that you mentioned Asheville. It definitely is a place with "meaning" which I think is one of the major things NFs look for in a city. In other words, it is the opposite of uniform, non-descript suburban living...

I guess how you answer the OP question depends how you define what an NF is looking for. I also agree that just because a place is hippie-like doesn't automatically qualify it as NF.

The Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Durham area is pretty damn NF. Tons of PhDs. Lots of think tanks. Big enough to be hippyish in some areas and suburban in others.

LOL! I'm in Greenville, SC, so when I read this I laughed heartily. SNUGGLETRON lives in the horses ass of a backassward state.
